Miranda's refusing to cancell the contract

My sister sent an email to you but still the consultant responsible for the complaint's still refusing to cancell the contract. She went to nashua mobile in midrand which is the head office of nashua mobile, spoke to Zanele who tried to speak to miranda to cancell the contract but still refused to. I never took their phone and now they deduct the money from my account.zanele's contact no is 0737078457 and my sister's no is 0837537703.they suspended her sim card and it's not theirs it's my sister's I never took anything from them. I don't understand why they must do something like that to my sister. I would really appreciate your help.
