On Wednesday 6 November 2013 in the evening, my sister was involved in a car accident. Executive Carriers where called by her car insurance company to come and tow the vehicle.
Solly, the driver of tow truck, had such a bad attitude and was disgustingly rude towards us. He got upset when my sister wanted to call her insurance to confirm liability for damages incurred to the vehicle before he drove it onto the tow truck. When my sister insisted on reading the terms and conditions on the form he requested her to sign, he snapped "just sign". When liability had been confirmed with the insurance company Solly, in the middle of the night, decided that he is not going to drive the car onto the tow truck and my sister should drive it herself considering she was worried about potential damage and liability.
Standing on the pavement, on Corlett Drive in the middle of the night, she had to make back and forth calls to the tow truck company requesting either another driver or for Solly to actually do his job. After a long period of sulking by Solly, it was only when we video recorded his behaviour while on the phone with his employer that he grudgingly (while still being rude) towed the car.
