To whom it may concern

I just had to say a BIG thank you for Rhyder and his colleague which assisted me this afternoon.

I went to few petrol station before where they stated my right back tyres was 1.5 point and let me drive off but Rhyder investigated and found a nail in the tyre. He and Louwrens within 3 minutes took out the nail and filled it with a rubber. I was highly impressed.

I just want BP to know that these two employees definitely upped the customer service value in my book.
