Bad Service and MORE bad service

I sent an email dated 8th July 2013 to the complaints department and CC'd the customer address with details of the below:

In short, 2 call centre agents informed me that the AA will send a technician to meet me in Bloemfontein while I was driving from Cape Town to Johannesburg and was having serious car trouble, with the car barely still driving. When I arrived in Bloem late Sunday evening I phoned again and was told there are no technicians in Bloem. Now late Sunday night I had to try find a technician! Had I known that the AA did not have technicians I would have contacted a mechanic in another town during the day and not LATE on a SUNDAY EVENING!

I have received no response except for an automatic response stating:

"Thank you for contacting the AA. We have received your feedback and aim to resolve most queries within a maximum of two business days however, if your query is going to take a bit longer, we'll make sure to keep you updated on the progress..."

THIS HAS ALSO NOT HAPPENED! Very poor service!
