Recently took in my car to VW witbank to get it checked out since the engine was making a funny noise, the car is only on 19000 kms and still under warranty n full maintenance plan. I was told it will take 3weeks to fix my car but unfortunately I was not given a courtesy a car.instead I was told that I will be
called to come get a courtesy car and it's now been 2 week's and I'm still waiting. I'm really disappointed and I doubt il buy a car from VW taking into account the type of service I'm getting.
