Worse service

This insurance did not bother to keep me posted for my claim i had to waist airtime and phone them everyday they told me after 2 weeks that my car wont be paid out and i have to repair it with R120000, pay for the storage, and pay for the courtesy car but the funny part when i took the insurance i was informed that i will get a courtesy car.my problem is that i was paying for such service to my surprise i now have to pay for the courtesy car.i have never in my life received such bad service its appalling!
