HYUNDAI i30 WHICH LOCKS THE STEERING AT ANY PLACE

Since they towed my car on 29 October 2013 Mccarthy and Hyundai Germiston are taking me from pillar to post. I bought a car from Mccarthy a hyundai i30 which is always locking the steering at any place and time. Now the car is being fixed at Hyundai Germiston and I am struggling to take my son to pre-school as well as me to work whilst Im paying the full amount of that faulty car. If I cant call them they dont bother calling me because they have nothing to lose Im the one suffering, for example yesterday I called hyundai to know how far were they with that car and they said that it will take time for them to fix it. Then I called Mccarthy for a courtesy car and they said hyundai must organise one for me and when I called hyundai they said Mccarthy must give me a courtesy car. Now Im standing in the middle of nowhere I don't know what to do please help because Im suffering big time.
