Great Service, Wonderful Attitude

My car broke down and I had to rent a car to get to work and back. Karin waited patiently for me to arrive although her office was already closed. My car repairs took longer than I expected and Karin was of great help to make the car rental arrangements easier and as cheap as possible for me. She really went out of her way to give me the best possible service. She was the silver lining of my whole bad experience with a broken down car. She deserves a big bonus or raise!
