I've always been a happy OS client, for years. Fast forward to Nov 2012. I had a minor accident when my neighbour bashed into my unoccupied, still standing car outside my house. My first trouble started when you referred me to Sanrose Autobody in Midrand, they demanded half of the excess before ordering my parts. I of course refused, as you have told me on many occasions that i pay when i receive the car and happy with the workmanship. I complained on Twitter and Dinky sorted it out. I was told that my parts were ordered around 26 Nov and i had to take my car in to the workshop on the 7 Dec.By then, my parts still haven't arrived, but they assured me i will have my car by the 21 Dec. That didn't happen. On 11 Jan i was told by sanrose and OS that my parts will arrive on 14 Jan, but it ended up only arriving 17 Jan. Then they said my car will be repaired by 29 Jan. yesterday they said work haven't started, and i will not have my car on 29 Jan. they've had the parts for a week already! OS have NOT BENT BACKWARDS OR DEALT WITH THE PANELBEATERS like your add promises. I'm without a car for nearly 2 months now. I am disgusted, and i regret not moving to another insurer earlier.
