Motordeal Ormonde - poor service

We bought a Nissan X-trial in february.
when fitting a towbar, the boot rubber was damaged. it was promised that it would be replaced. Nearly 5 months later, after many calls etc, i am still waiting.
There is also a refund due for a boot mat that i didnt want.
i cant believe the aftersale service we received from JP.
