Horrible customer service at Peugeot once again

I dropped my car off for a service at Peugeot Centurion (car Hendrik Verwoed & Old jhb road) on Thursday, 27 June at 8:10 am. I called them 3 times for update on progress of work done on car. The last call i made was at 4:10 pm and was assured my car will be ready at 5 pm as it was at wash bay. When i arrive at dealer, i was told the car was not ready & that the technician left. I had to figure out how i get home & how i will travel the next day. It's 12:50 Friday & i still have not received any update on my car. I've lost all confidence i had at Peugeot as a brand as it's not first time this is happening and with different dealers. Im forced to change the brand as their ambassadors don't understand the customer service, customer value & efficiency.
