Poor after sales service

I called Nissan Northcliff to enquire if they had stock of a Nissan Qashqai boot stone protector, I was advised that they do have one and that I should come in. When I got there from Marlboro I was advised that they do not have in stock and they will order one for me. It took me time on making the call as well as driving to them only to find out that they do not have it. The after sales manager Mr Coetzee Fererira was called in and to my disappointment advised that there was nothing that he could do to help me, instead turned around blaming his staff for their error, which I felt was poor leadership skills especially in front of a customer.
I then ordered the part and he was rude to say ensure this is paid for before it is ordered, which made look like I untrustworthy. Due to this mess up the parts agent offered to help me with putting on my guard on when it arrived. It is almost a week later and I arrive at Nissan to fit it on, at the service entrance, where I was greeted by Coetzee who asked me to move my vehicle and to book it in and pay the costs of fitting it. He the asked someone to help me as he does not have time for this. This has left a bad taste in my mouth with Nissan
