New car problems

Last year about this time I bought a new Nissan Lavina x-gear 1.6. Had all the extras fitted by Nissan Helderberg and the service was awesome. Within the first week the car was sent back for respraying of the boot. Because of the towbar that has been fitted. After that the car was sent back about four times for different problems relating rust, scratches and water leaks. Nissan Helderberg has the best service I have ever recieved, they helped me out everytime I had a problem and suplied me with a courtesy car. The last time I took the car in was for a water leak on the roof carriers and all for disc brakes have been "warped" I cannot understand how this is possible as the car only has 12000 km's on now. I feel that I have bought a car with many problems, and this should not happen when you buy a new car.
