I have a 2012 X-trail (top of the range spec) which had the front discs skimmed at 30 000km even though I have a 5yr maintenance plan and requested that it be replaced. 1 000km later, the discs are getting scored again. Michael at Motordeal Nissan Ormonde filled a report on the vehicle and confirmed telephonically around the 12th July 2013 that the discs would be replaced. Its been over 2 weeks with no contact from him. I sent a mail to the dealer principle, twice, who also has not responded. The 6 disc shuttle is also not working and has a disc stuck in it. Michael has also filled in a report for the radio. I think that this unacceptable service considering that the X-trail retails for over R466k without a maintenance plan. This isn't a cheap vehicle as the entry level Pathfinder is cheaper than the X-trail spec that I have. Btw, the Bluetooth on the radio is also having its own moods cause it connects to my phone only when it feels like it.

And to think that I chose the X-trail over the Fortuner after owning several Toyota's before.

Truly disappointed with Nissan.
