I purchased a Chev Optra from this branch last year january. Since I have had the car I have had to bring it in because of burning connections and now the headlights in the car keeps blowing. They keep teeling me its because I dont buy their R280 light bulbs instead of the R120 bulbs I buy. I have spent almost R800 in the last month on new bulbs over the last month. 2 weeks ago (07 June) I had to take a day off work to have the car fixed. (They also needed to sort out my cars side mirrors, they broke the seals). I called last Friday (21 June) to inform them that BOTH headlights have blown again. Zelda is still adamant that it is because I dont buy THEIR bulbs. She promised me that she will contact me with a solution. I had to repeatedly call back, she eventually tells me I will be contacted early this week with an appointment and a courtesy car. When I call I am told she is not available and then the line gets cut off.
I have to drive on a freeway with my 2 small children in the car every night. I have since purchased more bulbs and they BOTH blew again last night as I started my car..

This is unacceptable. Im hoping this will get your attention Barloworld
