Dear Lorran,

I refer to my previous complaints of your branch not having parts when I specifically request them, and today again, I was told that you don't have my parts when I took my car in for repairs.

Let me go back to the beginning,

I booked my service on 11 October, and specifically asked for new front wipers and bulbs for my headlights, and they were written on your Job Card 10532

When I sat with you on 15 October, and went through what I needed, the items above were written on my Job Card 10532, for my service:
"LAB Replace front wipers" and "LAB Front Bulbs Blown". I told you that my bonet handle was broken and I had left it on the front seat, and asked if they could fix it?

During the day, you called me and told me that you could not replace my wipers and bulbs as you did not have stock of the parts.

I told you to make a plan as I specifically called and asked for these items and it is unsafe for me to drive without them. You then phoned me back later and told me you had made a plan and got stock for me.

When I collected my car, you went through the Estimate you had compiled with all the items that needed fixing and replacing on my car, I refer to WIP/DO
