Please fix my headlights!!!

In January I brought my car in for a service. The bulbs in one of the headlights kept blowing and I mentioned to the guy who checked my car in that I'd replaced the bulb 3 times in the last few month so I thought there might some kind of wiring problem. He assured me that there was no issue other than the bulb was blown. The bulb was replaced. Last week the headlight stopped working again. It's only been 4 months since my service. Then 2 days ago, the second headlight stopped working. I had to drive home in the dark with no headlights. I brought my car back yesterday. Again I mentioned a wiring problem and again was told that there was no bigger issue. The bulbs were replaced. Today one of my headlights stopped working again. This bulb didn't even last one day. This is not normal and I don't understand why you can't see this. It is not safe to drive at night without headlights and you are putting me at constant risk of this simply because you refuse to listen to me. I am extremely angry that you are wasting my time and endangering my life and I am fed up with your condescending stubborness. I need someone to take me seriously and fix it asap.
