How many SANRAL employees to replace lightbulbs?

For the past month, in a particularly hazardous section, there have been light bulbs along the N1 no-longer-free way that need to be replaced between the Malibongwe and William Nicol on/off ramps.

SANRAL's failure to simply replace the light bulbs is not only creating a hazard for motorists but has also resulted in copper cable in this section of complete darkness.
