Hi my name is Gerald, i bought a second hand astra 1.4T its 2011 this year February i took the to GM the Glen because it makes a noise when the engine is running they lubricated the belt after few weeks it started again with making the noise they then lubricated the belt again they did that for 3rd times and it never works, this month jun i took again they told me that they need to replace tenssioner and belt they said that they don't have it on stock they will let me know as soon as they have those parts now its been 3 weeks ever since am waiting they don't call and update me am the one who keep calling them yesterday 25th of jun i even complained on GM south africa website i left my details i haven't got any feedback i think they are doing all this run around because they know that the car is still under manufacture warranty their service its very terrible
