My car was submitted to Eastvaal Motors Middelburg with a problem, on the 7th May 2013. After a week I was informed that the transmission was faulty. Since then it has been fifty one days up to today 26 June 2013. The problem hasn't been fixed. I have no courtesy car, they said there is none available up till now. They say they will phone me back, but they never do. That is both the workshop manager and the service advisor. Today on the 26 June I went there as on couple occasions, with no satisfactory answers. The workshop manager cant answer me as to when my car will be fixed. Thus leaves me in the dark again. The rear tires are also worn out because of this problem when testing the vehicle. I hope that this problem can be rectify and that Ill be notified or at least get a courtesy car.
