Johan and Herman at GM Silverton wrecked my ca

Took my car to gm silverton to make the noise on the Fan belt go away and still the noise is not repaired even though I was given assurances by the service manager herman that everything on my car has been repaired.20 minutes into driving the car home the car started to cut power and the noise on the fan belt was still there eventually I got stuck and the car could not start, The car was towed back to Gm silverton to be repaired and I was again given assurances by the manager that everything has been repaired but that has proven to be a bacause there is still the noise on the fan belt and the car does not start now I am left to use taxis thanks to GM for wrecking car. Can someone at Gm please fix my car not wreck my car.also when I went to fetch my car the caps on my tyre were not fitted properly and also some pipe was not tightely fitted I had to tell the mechanic to fit the staff properly even though I was told my car ready for collection a poor service by Gm silverton.
