Hi I have had numerous issues with your Kia Fourways branch. We bought a Hyundai i20 the initial quotation we requested was within our monthly repayment budget and was compiled by a lady named Claire Bouwer. After arriving at the dealership for a 11am meeting we were only helped 45 minutes later.

Once she attended to us we identified that she had quoted us incorrectly (in black and white on email) instead of working out the repayments over 60 months she had worked it out over 72 months and quoted us incorrectly. We came to an agreement to resolve this - POOR SERVICE LEVELS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

Now the interesting part: Once we took ownership of the car the salesmen Yaseen Mahomed provided us with a 101 point check which I insisted to be signed and accurate as the car was due for a service within the next 1, 000km's. The car went to Hyundai for its 30, 000km service and truth be found the brakes needed replacing. The 101 check stated that the brakes still had 40% - this is not acceptable. Kia are making us pay for something which should have been sorted out or disclosed before the sale was conclude
