Best Service Ever Experienced

Took my son's Getz to Brackenfell branch to have the brakes checked (metal sound from the rear wheel) / renewed if necessary under the vehicles maintenance plan. Had a problem with the plan's provider which I am trying to sort out (still not resolved). Found out at Hyundai that the plan is not effective yet... apparently have to wait 4 months (contract states immediate effect upon contract approval). Hyundai took it upon themselves to check the brakes and resolve the noise issue. Car was vacuumed and washed... all at no cost to me. Just a huge thumbs up to the staff, especially Sharon at the Brackenfell branch. My next car might just be a Hyundai... currently eyeing one of the models.
