Rattling brakes on Astra 1.4T enjoy

Cars & Transport

I am on my 3rd Opel, but no more. After the absolute poor customer service I received on my Astra 1.4T I will probebly not buy anything from General Motors again! They blame my rattling brakes on the road I drive on, but why then did my Corsa 1.6 never gave any problems in over 100 000km in 6 years on the same road. After more than 10 trips of about 220km each time to get to my closest dealership they tell me the cost will be for my own account. Problem is they already replaced my brakes and the problem persists. WHY would I now pay to replace my brakes if there is doubt about the product, as I was told by the dealership? Waited one and a half years, driven 40 000km with rattling brakes, to be treated like this. It is no wonder then that Opel came in 2nd from last in the JD Power Customer ratings.

I received a call from customer service stating that according to the Springbok dealership mechanic's conversation to Opel tech support that it is because of the road I travel on in my home town. I am a technical supervisor myself, shouldn't tech support first talk to me as well before making their decision? It is only paved roads in certain areas, but it is still a good road.
