Last Thursday i contacted Fed ex for a quote to import a parcel from India to South Africa, once the quote was done i than contacted them to go ahead with the delivery as i urgently require the goods. after being told by three different people that the necessary forms would be sent to me i got a hold of Claudine who eventually sent the forms through to me, i filled the forms out and sent them through with my credit card details for payment to be debited. since than the only thing that has taken place is that money has been debited off my account, yet i am still awaiting any feedback from Claudine. i have sent her two emails to no reply and countless calls to the call center has only brought empty promises that she will get back to me. i feel that her service has been appalling i mean i am a paying customer but still i have to keep phoning her to see how far we are in concluding this deal, no one else can help me either and i've been told over and over that it is only she that can help me. fed ex has been so quick to take their money but after that there seems to be no sense of responsibility or duty to actually provide the customer with what they deserve.
