DO NOT USE THEM! After confirming my surrender amount, I was paid out R1800.00 less, and then they still debited my acount for another premium! I lodged 3 queries. Vuyo Mbambisa and Modise Ramarope still haven't replied. I Spoke to the supervisor Julia. Everyday she kept on promising she will get back to me with an answer before the end of the day, she never kept any of her promises! Eventually after 14 days I insisted to speak to Julia's manager, as she obviously doesn't deserve the title "supervisor", I spoke to Claudine Griffin. She sorted it all out for me in 1 DAY! Thank you to Claudine, you are the only one that can be trusted! You need to actually go and work for a company that cares about their clients. Is it really so hard to just do the job that you are paid for?
