Unacceptable service from fedex

My wife contacted fedex on wednesday the 30th of October 2013 and assisted her with a quote and we accepted. Payment was made by Thursday and we gave details as requested. One of those details were WHEN CAN Fedex collect our parcel and when is the closing time, my wife stated mornings ONLY up until 12/1pm. Yesterday 4November I phoned my wife by the afternoon to ask if fedex have collected the parcel and I was informed that it would be done today and she has arranged to be at home up and until 14:30 because it isn't about what time we want the parcel collected, Fedex gives you the time they collect and our area is from 2pm only. Today 5 November, I gave my wife a call again at 14:30 to ask if anyone has assisted only to find she has been let down again by Fedex! What exactly is happening? This is unacceptable and very very inconvenient to my wife's working schedule and our time. I hope this complaint gets taken seriously as the emails and phonecalls are not being taken seriously.
