To Whom It May Concern.
I went to Cell C in Greenstone Mall to Cancel my contract. I was given forms to fill in which I did. This was on Saturday the 27th April 2013. I was not told to do with the forms. However and emailed the completed forms to the email address that is on the bottom of the forms on Monday 29th April 2013. I have heard no feedback since then. I have also tried to get hold of someone on the customer care line 084 140. After putting in the cell number I get see what you current balance is constantly and does not go to a consultant. There is always some issue even when trying to do an insurance claim in the past. This is one of the reasons that I am cancelling the contract. It would be great if I could get some feedback on this urgently.
