The most pathetic service I have ever experienced!

Since December 2012 I have continuously been bringing in my Chevrolet Utility for a problem that I have with the aircon cable. On one occasion they didn't order the part, another they ordered the wrong part, and most recently they realised that an additional part needed to be ordered. Sensing my frustration in the matter, the workshop foreman (Eugene) promised that I can just bring in my vehicle once the part is delivered and he will provide me with another vehicle to use in the mean time (since I use my bakkie for business purposes and have already wasted so much time on this matter). Last Tuesday (05/03/2013) I was contacted by Kate who told me that my part has been delivered and I must bring my car in, when I queried about the arrangement made with Eugene (for me to get another vehicle) she said she will get back to me.
Since then I have not heard from GM, I even phoned for Kate or Eugene but they don't return my calls.
I contacted customer support yesterday and explained the matter, hoping that the area manager could assist since the branch manager never help me. Customer support said that they will definately contact me by midday yesterday, but I have yet to receive a call.
