Refusing repairs on vehicle purchased

On 11 October 2013 I purchased a used vehicle from Remo motors I identified 7 faults and the vehicle was returned 14 October 2013. After 7 weeks only 4 faults were sorted out. The 3 remaining faults need to be addressed by an auth dealer for the specific vehicle, i advised them on various occasions to do so and phoned daily for feedback yet my calls were seldom returned. The sales manager of the garage. Morne Booysen refused to spend more money but the faults existed as from purchasing oaf the vehicle. The is a 30 days or 1000 km guarrentee but he still refuses. According to the CPA of 2011 they a liable to fix the faults.

I purchased this car 11 Oct 2013. I paid cash by bank cheque. Up to date had it for about 8 days, been extremely patient but received not after sale service a all

I am disappointed and will appreciate feedback from Remo motors
