Zero after sales service/no committments honored

I bought a vehicle from Primo Executive Cars, Edenvale, in June 2013. When I took delivery the service book, spare keys and proof of the Kia Service and Maintenance plans were not available. The agreement that I had with the Sales executive, Ross Rosslee, was that he was going to come to my office the next week (1 July 2013) to drop off the outstanding items.

It is now two months later and inspite of numerous emails and calls I have still not recieved the outstanding items. My last correspondence that I recieved feedback on from Primo was on 31 July 2013 in which they assured me that everything will be resolved and that I will be notified by the next day. To date I have had no further feedback from Ross or his manager.
