GM MOTORS - vehicle faulty and no response from GM

I reported a fault on the vehicle numerous times to the Randburg branch- one of which GM took the car in and said it was repaired. On receiving the vehicle I noticed the problem was not fixed as the same problem persisted. I have been in contact with GM for over 2 months trying to have them repair the vehicle-- with no joy. I received a call from the service manager who said the vehicle is made in such a way that the vehicle body is very heavy and therfore the clutch will naturally trouble. My vehicle has only been for its first service and is therefore still brand new!! When purchasing they did not make me aware of all this. Further he indicates that I will need to pay for this repair. In summary - I finally received feedback today from the call centre (Zunaid) who says unfortunately there is nothing they can do - I must take the car in, and any repair on the clutch will need to be paid for by ME! I am truly disapointed with the service i received from GM.
