Vehicle not services correctly

I took my vehicle in for a service on the 25 June 2013 there was 2 issues I needed a oil service done and my vehicle had a warning light coming on for the engine overheating. The service advisor only contacts me at 13h30 to advise me what's going on she then further advises me that my vehicle would not be ready forcing me to make arrangements to get a lift back to PTA at the last minute.

The following day when I collected the vehicle I checked that they had checked the overheating problem and was y advised that the vehicle had been thoroughly checked, pressure tested, Thermostat replaced as reflected by the invoice, I parked the vehicle at my work place and on returning that afternoon fluid had leaked out of the vehicle, I contacted BMW they advised that I should bring the vehicle in, I explained to Elmarie the responsibility with BMW ensure the vehicle get sorted out correctly prior to it getting released.

The vehicle is now parked & I am unsure if driving it will cause the vehicle to engine to cease, BMW Isando are not interested, I have contacted BMW SA to open up a CRM for this case, Isando have now handed this over to their customer dept.
