Indescribable bad service and incompetence

I sent my vehicle to cool boys in 2012, after he had the vehicle for a few months he finally said to me it was fixed costing me over R 13000. Since then I sold the vehicle and the new buyer noticed a problem, after taking it back in January 2013 I have not received the vehicle back. It is an ongoing process of calls and I still do not have my vehicle back. The keys are never in the same location as the vehicle. They have literally my vehicle as all I want is for the vehicle to be picked up and towed to a new garage but for over a month now I CANNOT get my vehicle back. This is unacceptable and feel as if I'm in a loosing battle.
