Contract being termenated

I start working in august 2012 at first freight. not knowing this industry but i was doing well. i bring my son in to help cause it will save on exspenses and he was also doing well and he just done his matric. two months ago i ask for more work and got it so my son was delivering alone. he has a good trackrecord with all his clients in his area. last week wednesday while my son was loading his work the floor maneger (ryan and maria asked my son to deliver a express parcel for someone else and my son did also have a express parcel. while he was delevering the first parcel maria called my son and my son explain maria what the situation were and inbetween the costomer called my son and the agreement was fine so my son believed. then kierien called my son and treatend him with the police and he must bring back the cargo. kierian also phoned me and just skelling without me giving me chance to explain. so i stop doing what i was doing and went to my son took the van an do the rest of the deliverings. last thursday kierien shout and scream again on my and getting personal and said we dont work for him again and the next day someone else was doing our work.look into it plz
