RMI
Lack of interest

I am shocked to say that RMI have not gotten back to me or my husband regarding our situation with our car. I put a complaint on Hellopeter on the 23rd May 2013 and got a response from RMI the same day saying someone would be incontact with me shortly from their office. It is almost a month later and I have still not heard from RMI and we are no further with our problem. It just keeps getting worse as the people that originally worked on our car, JBM Diesel, really messed our car up. We are having more and more problems with the car and they are expecting us to pay the bill.
I am really shocked that RMI have not bothered to help us at all.
