Convenient to bill more than normal right vodc???

I activated a ONCE OFF!!! (DOES THE UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS MEANS???) 1.5 gig data bundle in february on 0714746572 and if been billed for it the second time around @ R300 a pop.
I have been billed for it on the 1st of april and it is being billed again on the 1st of may.
The call centre knows less than I do (WHY AM I NOT SHOCKED ANYMORE???)
Where I come from we call that but carry on its not like you care about your customers anyway.
I will be sure to share vodacoms pathetic service and poor capability to solve problems to as much people as I can
I would be shocked to even receive a call back on this complaint.
