Still no response from MTN

I have laid a complaint already with regards to oncorrect billing on friday 08.11.13 and i still have heard nothing from MTN, i havent paid my bill as yet this month due to the fact they havent sorted it out and they dont seem to be intrested in sorting it out. REF: 105409078, 105791333, REF: 105999442 and also Thabo named used as another reference, i really vant understand how a company so big cannot be bothered about there customers, im absolutely shocked.
