My husband and I lay a complaint with RMI against a company called JBM Diesel. They had done work on our vehicle. All went pair shaped. JBM charged for overhauling the engine when we never gave consent and our vehicle is sill not working properly.
I laid a complaint with RMI, paid the administration fee and sent them all the documentation on the 02nd May 2013.
I have phoned RMI 6 times, left numerous messages for Annette and i have yet to hear from her.
I am shocked at the lack of interest for the consumer. I paid R285 and no one has even acknowledged the fact that they have received my documents. I have had to phone RMI to find out what is happening.
We are tired of mechanics that say TRUST ME or the likes of RMI that are suppose to be there for the consumer.
We really need some URGENT assistance, please.
