Brandnew trailer with wiring defect

Bought a new trailer from Builders Express a month ago, al of a sudden the right hand lights were defected, phoned Challenger Trailers whom supplied the stock. Was informed be the receptionist at Challenger to send an email to their marketing department. Send an email on the 4th of April 2013, got no response and phoned to enquire weather of not they've received it but was told that the lady dealing with marketing was out for lunch and that she will respond later the same day. After no response yet again I've send an email on the 5th of April to request weather or not I should take the trailer to an Auto Electrician to fix the wiring and bill them, and then suddenly I got a reply email informing that the case was refered to the technical department. Till now I've had no further response from them and its quite obvious that they are not in a hurry to assist in this matter, but just pass the buck from one department to the other.
