Kudos to Cayenne

I bought a preowned car from Cayenne with a towbar installed. On closer inspection, I found that the electrical wiring harness for the towbar had never been installed in the car. I reported the issue to James and Craig from Cayenne. Craig confirmed that the car was advertised with a towbar and transferred the money to have the harness installed at a dealer the same afternoon. Excellent service, and kudos to Cayenne. Thanks guys.
