I bought an Cluts plate at Value spares on the 8/5/2013 i ask the guy for a luk but he said that they don't have luk but he can supply me with a other mark of product. I took it back on the 13/06/2013 because it shattered the guy said that he cant replace it and going to sent it back to the manufactures and i have to wait 3 weeks. When i ask the guy if i can pay the difference in i want a Luk he said sorry i have to wait for the part to come back and it is not his fault that i bought the part, but he was the one that recommend the part to me.. I cant wait 3 weeks for a part i only have one vehicle and need it to work with.
