After having an accident on my black Big Boy GPR200R I had to wait 3 weeks before the insurance paid out. Eventually when they did, I confirmed the order for spares from the Roodepoort branch on Wednesday. This morning I got a call from Garren (Big Boy Roodepoort) saying that the delivery truck just left, but did not deliver my parts. He then gave me a contact number for head office, who I called, and was turned down because either I'm a cash buyer, or part of the public, or whatever stupid reason. When I bought the bike, I was told spares are easily available. What a LIE! This is unacceptable from Big Boy, and I expect someone to contact me regarding the sale of spares. It is imperitive that I fix my bike this weekend!
