BAD SERVICE REGARDING SUPPLY OF SPARES

On Monday 22 April 2013 we we required to order a new fuse box for our service vehicle. We were advised that we should receive this part by Wednesday 24 April 2013. Upon enquiring on Wednesday on the ETA of the part we were told it should arrive that afternoon or early on Thursday Morning. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN.
When I went to the premises to see what is the problem I got a very bad attitude from the consultant helping me and was now handed a document saying that the part will now only arrive 11 JULY 2013. This is unacceptable to wait such a long time for a part as well as being misled by being told that I should have the part this week. If I had know this a week ago, I would have made another plan. Now my company is suffering due to the fact that TOYOTA can not control their stock orders!!! Then giving their customers BAD attitude when they do not fulfull their original promises.
