Good day,

I would like to lay a formal complaint against DHL courier services. We recently had problems with the clearing department. It seems every time there is a shipment due to be delivered we always receive the "delay message". When we contact DHL they always have the same excuse, that the custom code is incorrect or the name of our company.
We have lodged numerous complaints over the last 2 years with DHL but nobody responds.
We have been doing business with DHL for over 10 years and we have an import due & tax account yet it takes around 2 weeks after the parcel arrives in the country for us to receive a quotation clearing quotation. We are not happy with the level of service we are receiving.
We are very frustrated the way DHL courier services are providing information and dealing with business while we put our whole trust on the courier services.
Please register my grievance ASAP and as we are mentally and physically tired battling with the same problem constantly. I will be thankful to you.
