Fedex delivered parcel to my neighbour

As the title states, I was just contacted by my neighbours to tell me that my parcel was delivered to them.

As furious as I am right now I don't think I need to say anymore. It should go without saying that this is completely unacceptable behavior.

Kalahari should seriously reconsider using Fedex as there courier service.
