Hail Damaged Car and Written Off

On 18 Feb 2013 I took my Nissan NP200 in for hail damage repair at a panel beater called Alberante Autospray. For four weeks I received the most shocking service, I phoned twice a week every week for feedback on the progress of my car, only to be brushed off and told it was being "worked on".

I then received a phone call telling me that unfortunately my vehicle had been involved in an accident. Sadly, their security guard took my car out for a spin late at night after he had been drinking (we assume) and crashed the vehicle into a concrete barrier, and then proceeded to run away when the tow truck arrived to tow the vehicle. I was in absolute shock when I saw the state of the car, but what got me more worked up than the unfortunate incident was to see that absolutely ZERO hail damage had been repaired in four weeks that I was left without a vehicle.

Long story short, the panel beaters are relinquishing all responsibility and refuse to compensate for any costs of having to replace a vehicle that was written off whilst under their care. NEVER go to this panel beater! They have caused me a MASSIVE hassle.
