Damage to mags/bad attitude and customer service

On 24/5 fitted 4 new tyres. During fitting saw worker struggling to get the tyre of the rims and using some tyre spanner to wedge the tyre of the mags. When starting balancing wheels I requested to have a look at the mags. All 4 mags were scratched. Called the lady (Lienkie) to point out to her. She immediately went on the defence claiming that it was old scratches. Claimed that she was looking the entire time and the worker did not do what i claim. She as she was at the counter and could not see it. Called her back 2 min later to show her the silver scrapes of the mags, she now claimed that she did not look the entire time and walked away. I then took photos of the mags. They completed the job and I left as I did not want to go into another argument. On 25/5 phned Natasha (owner) to complain about damage. Said she will look at the video and phne me back on 28/5. Said to her that I want to look at the video with her and send her the photos. She insisted to do it on her own and dont need photos. Phone back 29/5 claiming that she looked at the video and my claim was not what happened and deem this matter to be concluded. So much for customer service and respect to their property
