Mag struts damaged

Hi i bought car from these guys but on my first service of the car it was pointed out the one of the wheels was cross threaded.the guys also said that only two twists of each wheel nut were holding the tyre in place and was very dangerous.i paid for rethreading of the struts and bought proper wheel nuts for the mags.i then informed the kugan munsamy about the problem and he said they can only pay for the wheel nuts.i told him that they were responsible for all the extras in the car so they fitted the mags but he turn me down for the damages.thanks
