Prepare to fix your own car with Momentum insure

After a car turned and hit me on the side I went over the pavement, rocking the car to a standstill. No major injuries, but left with mags, body and engine/exhaust damage.

All started well with claims, receiving my rental car (strictly 30 days only - try Santam, they do better) and even though i had to drive 35km to their body shop (Styls in Somerset West) I was pleased that they will also get the access payment from the other party who was at fault.

a Week later the bodyshop informed me they are waiting for parts from Europe. I said it's ok if they just start fixing the blowing noise that appears at the engine and the mags in the mean time.

Two more weeks passed at which point the bodyshop said I could collect my car.

The things I've pointed out in exclimation was untouched:

Damaged mag to be replaced in boot with no tyre
Left back tyre was FLAT and been driven like that.
Mags poorly done with chips and marks ready to go for a complete peal.
Engine untouched and oil spraying over my engine.
Inside my car looked like an ashtray - completely white

ALL THESE could have been fixed before parts. NOW I MUST FIX IT ON OWN COST AND PAY FOR CAR RENTAL BECAUSE MOMENTUM JUST DO NOT CARE
